Refund policy

Due to the personal and intimate nature of our products, we take hygiene and safety very seriously.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any opened or used items, including but not limited to feminine washes, boric acid suppositories, gels, and probiotics.

Eligible Returns

Returns are only accepted if:

• The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

• The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used products

• Hygiene and intimate care items once opened

• Items returned after 7 days

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
